This book was meant to celebrate the collection of Shaqayeq Arabi, Fereydoun Ave and Dariush Zandi. Over a period of seventeen years, these artists have worked together, played and enjoyed the process of making and remaking.
They consider exhibition spaces as extensions of their workshops, where the peocess is as important_if not more_ than the final product. The unwritten rule .between the trio and their production team is simple: no limit to how often they revisit, redo and rethink the project.
"The Playground" is more than a reward _ it's a reflection of the fluidity and playfulness that defines their process.
